The fuzzy center fabric and the inner white cover are not iron-friendly, so avoid ironing them. The soft fuzzy fabric will not wrinkle and the inner white cover is covered completely by the outer cover and is not seen, so there should be no need to iron either.

The printed cotton fabric can indeed be ironed.  We recommend ironing on low heat and only use steam if necessary.
